Strang Report: Prophecy for Sarah Palin

Prophecy for Sarah Palin

October 2, 2008

Strang Report
by Steve Strang

If you're like me, you'll be glued to the television tonight to watch the first vice- presidential debate, which is being held at Washington University in St. Louis, Mo. The 90-minute debate between Gov. Sarah Palin and Sen. Joe Biden will begin at 9 p.m. EST and will be broadcast on all major television networks.

I've publicly endorsed Sen. John McCain and Sarah Palin, so you know for whom I will be rooting. I've reported in the Strang Report how unfair the media has been to Gov. Palin, even ridiculing her Pentecostal background. Now we've learned that tonight's moderator, Gwen Ifill of PBS, has written a pro-Obama book. So much for objectivity.

This is a call to pray for Sarah Palin. Read the incredible prophecy quoted below that is going around the Internet. At the end I tell about attending a huge Palin rally in Florida 10 days ago. Below, read about an important new book we just published by Perry Stone.

Pastor Mark Arnold in Lebanon, Ohio, wrote this true account. He first sent it out to a small handful of friends and relatives, never dreaming that, thanks to e-mail, it would travel around the world. As of today, he's heard back from 50 states, 36 nations, and several major Christian ministries and news networks, and he has received more than 11,800 e-mails.

When Arnold was asked what he felt the value was in letting this story go public, he said he is seeing people moved and coming out of the “caves” they've been in, coming alive and realizing that they need to get involved in the affairs of the nation and not sleep through this season as the church did when believers allowed prayer to be removed from schools.

Pastor Mark Arnold of Lebanon, Ohio, writes:

On Sept. 9, the McCain/Palin bus came through a little town called Lebanon, Ohio. The Lord allowed me to go to the rally [to give McCain and Palin] a message that He wanted me to personally deliver.

Sunday Night: A burden hit me that would only shake me to my knees--I prayed and wept for our nation. Never has my heart been so broken before God. I literally interceded for these wonderful people who do not deserve all the hate against them. The God-haters are going to try everything to stop them, but they will not succeed!

God is not pleased with the “bashing” in the news of this “anointed” person [Sarah Palin]. He has called her for this time! I promised God that I would pray and hold them up in prayer. I would “listen” out and be mindful of where they were. The following day is important in this time line ... because I didn't even know until God spoke to me.

Monday and into Monday night: The burden of prayer was so heavy that I was literally shaking and could not stop weeping. I didn't know that they were coming to Ohio. I prayed and walked and wept and walked. I prayed and prayed and wept and prayed.

Tuesday at 2:00 a.m.: God spoke these words to me: “Go turn the radio on!” Immediately the reporter's words were, “McCain & Palin bus to be in Lebanon later this morning for a 10:00 a.m. rally!”

Immediately on hearing that news, I heard God again. God said, “You are to go. You will meet them and give them a message for Me!”

I prayed as an intercessor and went to a place in prayer that I don't think I've ever been … because the Lord had just visited me … and I knew I was on a “mission.” I had now been up since Sunday night … and now it's Tuesday and I've got to go on the “Word of the Lord.” He sure became my strength as this unfolds.

I didn't stop praying until I drove over to the town and parked the car. The news would later report they were expecting 5,000 people, [but] the actual head-count of those who had been scanned was more than 10,000 people.

I simply obeyed … and God actually told me where to stand, who to talk to … and when to be on the move. I had sure learned on the mission field, when God wants to open a door, He will do it at the appropriate time. He always has someone to assist … and even those standing beside you may just be an angel.

I struck up a conversation with an agent on the ground. He simply said, “I can't allow you to stand here!” Here is where the bus was going to actually pull up to. They had to make a much larger perimeter, so the entire area was now being moved back several blocks. The only other thing he told me to do was to go through the metal detector zone and just watch from the back. So, that's what I did.

Due to [the] sensitivity of the Internet, I can't share much of the story. As to what happened next, [it] was a definite God thing all the way.

Looking over the shoulders and backs and heads of all those people … I knew it would take a miracle for what God told me to do.

As I was standing there, two Boy Scouts came running up my back. Literally, they almost knocked me to the ground because they were running so fast behind me, up my back and over to the right. These Boy Scouts were about Junior High age. Their Scout Leader and several others were behind them, but as the two out front [were] trying to push through the crowd, saying they were late, the smaller scouts were left in their dust. The Scout Leader, who was with a McCain rep. from the State, grabbed me and told me [to] bring the other Scouts up front as they try to keep up with the first two that just came through.

I just became the leader of the rest of the Scouts to lead them right up front and center. As the rep. was shouting back at me to bring the Scouts forward, the people parted just like God parted the Red Sea.

I marched those boys right up front and to the right of the stage as one was looking from the back. When I got there I was fifteen feet from the podium. God said, “Stand here, and don't move from this spot.”

Within five minutes the bus pulled up, and around the other side McCain, Sarah Palin and her husband, Todd, stepped up and the speeches took off. I was where God placed me … and even Sarah Palin and Todd were standing on my side of the stage. I made eye contact, I gave them thumbs-up gestures … and I knew they were just happy to see me standing there. Ha ha.

When they came around the podium and started on the other side, I knew they were coming right toward me. A little lady who stood by me, reached up and told the rep. that they had promised a picture with her because she was the one who had lost a son in Iraq recently. The rep. confirmed she would get a pic with them and they would talk to her.

When McCain came to hug her … he immediately shook my hand and following his moment with her, I shook his hand as he grabbed my hand, now for the second time, and I said, “God wants you to know that I'm praying for you, Sir!” He thanked me and kept smiling. I repeated that phrase to him five times. He grabbed my hands and looked right into my eyes and said, “I won't make it without prayer. Sir, thank you for praying for me, and don't let one day go by that you don't pray for me. I need all the prayers that I can get. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

As he moved to my right, Sarah Palin came over to my left side … standing over the crowd and then looking at the little lady who had lost the son. It took a moment for her to shake some hands and people were pushing in all around. Sarah came and got on her hands and knees on that side of the stage and hugged that little mom, telling her, “It was not in vain.” She promised her support.

It was at this moment Sarah Palin reached out for me to help her up, and as I was assisting her to stand, I was now face-to-face with her, and God said, “Open up your mouth and I will fill it.”

Here is what came out:

“God wants you to know that you are a present-day Esther!”

[She immediately began to cry!]

“God wants to tell you that you are chosen for such a time as this!”

“You are called, and chosen to be a leader.”

“Don't lose heart and don't fear man.”

“The news and naysayers and criticizers are going to be very hateful toward you … and in the days ahead they are going to turn up the heat … but do not fear.”

“You are a present-day Esther.” You are an Esther. You are an Esther!

“Keep your eyes on God and know that He has chosen you to reign!”

“Stay strong ... be strong ... don't tire. Don't be weary in well-doing. Be strong.”

Her husband, Todd, came over, and I told him what I told her. He began to cry.

I emphasized the fact that he was to guard her at this time … and know that “she is God-called and God-anointed.”

“This is a God-thing and your wife is a present-day Esther ... she is for God to use at this time ... she is an Esther ... she is an Esther ... she is an Esther.”

“You will be hated … but stand strong … God has called both of you to stand!”

“We are praying and I am praying for you!”

At this moment, McCain came right to where I was finishing talking to Todd, and I told Mr. McCain exactly what I told to Sarah and Todd Palin.

“Mr. McCain … they are called of God and she is an Esther.”

“Don't lose hope and don't lose heart.”

“We are praying for all of you!”

He shook my hand and with a deep look of understanding what I had just said, he said, “Thank you for your prayers and support ... I really do mean that!”

And he turned and shook more hands … and I watched them as they went through the crowd.

When I got to my car I sat there for quite a long time … knowing the God of the universe had just used me to deliver a message confirming to Sarah and Todd to realize they are truly chosen vessels of God.

I wept. I have not stopped praying and crying. My heart is full knowing they had to have all the staging and all the hype and all the crowd … but the God of heaven and earth … wanted to give them a divine God-appointment!

To God be all the glory and honor.

If anyone wants to know if I believe God can speak. Yes … absolutely, is my answer!

Be praying for me … and let me know what you think about all of this.

My own experience of hearing Gov. Palin speak at The Villages about 80 miles north of my home near Orlando on Sept. 21 was not nearly as dramatic. It was a hot Sunday afternoon, and we went two hours early and waited in the heat for Palin to come. Estimates of the crowd range from 30,000 to 60,000. It was impossible to know for certain how many were there because it was in a “town center” area, and people were up and down the streets in all directions.

I was able to get near only a large-screen TV, not the stage, and my wife and I settled down in our portable chairs to watch. The crowd was so thick you couldn't move around to look for a better place. From our vantage point you couldn't even see the stage, and we never saw Sarah Palin or her family except on the large screen. But it was interesting to see the level of excitement for her candidacy.

Now it will be interesting to see how the debate goes tonight. Be sure to add your thoughts in the blog below.

Dear Friend,

Reading, understanding and practicing the message in this book could add years to your life.

There is a way to experience life changing intimacy with God and receive emotional, spiritual and physical healing at the same time: by understanding and receiving Communion in your home on a daily basis. The first revelation of the power of the blood and body of the lamb was revealed in the homes of the ancient Hebrews in Egypt (Exodus 12). The First Century Church met in homes, “breaking bread from house to house” (Acts 2:46). As documented in my book, The Meal That Heals, the breaking of bread was actually the celebration of the Eucharist or the Lord’s Supper. The early believers knew the power of Communion and celebrated it daily.

In The Meal That Heals, I will lead the reader on a fascinating spiritual journey into the church’s most blessed sacrament. Biblical and historical evidence that God has a covenant of healing for his people today, covering:

• The secrets of the believer’s priesthood and the Hebraic mysteries linked to the crucifixion
• The mystery of the manna and breaking bread from house to house
• How the First Century Church celebrated Communion and who removed the daily tradition
• Seven covenants that bring seven blessings to your life
• The difference between a Catholic Mass and a Protestant Communion
• The greatest hindrance to receiving your healing and how to remove it
• How receiving daily Communion could extend your life and bring healing to your body, soul and spirit
• How to build a family altar at home as a place of study, worship and Communion with God
• The importance of not dying before your appointed time

At the conclusion of each chapter we have included a special question and answer section that is excellent for a home or church Bible study. We have also included a feature color photo section which includes a photo of the Biblical description of the manna that fell in the wilderness!

In this book I will document how the concept of receiving daily Communion in your home is a restoration of a dynamic truth practiced by the first century believers as they understood the concept of the “priesthood of the believers” (Rev.1:6). In this book I endeavor to restore a lost truth that can bring wholeness to this generation.

You can purchase a copy of my new book, The Meal That Heals today at any of the following retailers. Buy a copy for yourself and another for everyone you know who needs healing in their life.

Yes, I believe Sara is an Ester. When McCain announced her as his running mate. The Spirit of the Lord leaped in me that this was the missing link in the presidential canadiates.

Funny, I was thinking that today, that God hand picked her for this huge assignment, have been and will be praying for her. When I first saw her, that night McCain introduced her, I thought, what a breath of fresh air!

My heart leapt in me when Sarah Palin was announced as McCain's running mate. This is the first election I've ever been interested in because I see the hand of God all over it. I have been interceding for her since day one, and I want them to win not because they're members of my party, but because I believe God will get the Glory out of this. I also believe that the economy of God, i.e., Kingdom principals, are getting ready to be loosed on our land for one final 'hurrah' before the coming of the Lord. Yes, I think this election is that important!
To God be the Glory! Thank you, Mr. Strang, for sharing this with us, and for being courageous enough to publicly endorse a candidate who has the enemy shaking in his boots!

When McCain chose Sarah Palin and I heard she was a Christian, all I could do was praise God. He had heard and responded to the cries and prayers of His people. I've been praying for her ever since, that God would direct her answers, that God would thwart the attacks of the evil one, that God would place His hands of protection around Sarah and her family...and that God would allow this woman of God to be victorious! Praise His holy name!

I vaguely recall a conversation with some people who had attended a Kim Clement conference last summer or the summer before. They stated that he said that the president elected in this years election would become born again and I believe they said spirit filled during office. After what we know about Sarah Palin I'd say it's all coming to pass. This is one election believers need to get out and vote to bring God back into our nation. I'm not sure how others fill but there is such a heavy, depressive spirit attacking all of us and it's just like the enemy to bombard us with his hellish attacks when he knows he is loosing, especially in the election. God's blessing and protection on the McCain/Palin families.

Bro. Steve, Thank you very much for sharing this. That's great to hear about. I know that I am also in total and complete agreement with this, too. It just confirms even more and bears witness with my spirit, as well, with how God also picked her and spoke this to my spirit-man too, even while I first saw Mr John McCain introducing her as his pick. At that moment, I felt such a supernatural warmth of peace and compassionate love overwhelm me, and my spirit man began to leap within me with rejoicing, that I just knew at that very moment, that it was and truly is, also Gods anointed pick, too. Yes, just like Esther, for a time such as this ! It also brought tears to my eyes, Thank You, Jesus ! Praise God ! Yes, it is certain that God can and will and still does - use anyone that becomes a humble and willing vessel for God and His service, for His kingdom and for His glory. It is truly time for the saints of God to arise and to shine! To God be the glory forever and ever ! Let's all continue to pray and intercede for our nation and its leadership and to go forward with God and His own leadership choice. Our God is truly an awesome God ! God bless you Bro Steve in all that you do ...and God bless those that read this, too.
    Love In Christ, always,
    - Bro. David in Mississippi

We had a call for prayer here in Nashville that mentioned Palin and Deborah. I went to Judges and read the story to refresh my memory. I've since prayed that Gov. Sarah Palin would be like a Deborah, a Jael, an Esther...that the Spirit of God will rise up within her, that she and her family will be kept safe, and that Christians around the world will pray, pray, and pray some more. Thank you for calling us together tonight.

Steve, there was a time I really thought you were genuine, but your article where you kept using Obama's middle name over and over again, and now trying to say that the questions to be asked are not fair, but bias, I now understand your TRUE colors. Your comment: “Now we've learned that tonight's moderator, Gwen Ifill of PBS, has written a pro-Obama book. So much for objectivity.” What makes you insinuate she won’t be fair? She is well known and has been in this position before. It is hard to believe you put so much trust in her. But, the reality is, you rather take than someone, who with the Lord's help, is in position to make a change for the better in our country.

Brother Steve, thank you thank you thank you for sharing this powerful, reassuring, life changing and inspiring story. To God be the glory. These are some dangerous days we live in and the devil goes about as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour...Jesus said as they persecuted Him so they would you and we see it every day through the far left media, evil minded liberals, the devils advocate spewing their poison all over the airways...but one thing for sure, God is answering the prayers of His people. We want righteousness in our land, in our leader and in our lives to give our children any hope for a better future. Sarah Palin is indeed a breath of fresh air. Though she has come under so much attack she has stood bravely and endured above all odds, all along we know God is with her and bottom line is, good triumph over evil. She was indeed chosen for such a time as this and guess what Jesus wins...I pray for McCain and Sarah everyday and pray that God will take total control even tonight in Jesus name...At such a time as this, there is so much division in the churches, half of the so called blinded christians constantly praying and fasting for Obama and the other half praying and fasting for McCain and Palin...bottom line is, God is in control...inspite of all the occult praying by Oprah winfrey and Obama's family over in Kenya meddling in witchcraft to aid him in winning...we know good triumph over evil and God never forsakes the prayers of the righteous or cause their seeds to beg bread...many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers us out of them all...to God be the Glory...this time He wins...God bless....thumbs up to Sarah...God be with us all.

    Steve,
Thought this timing was ordered since Pastor Mark saw Palin on Sept.9th. It was on Sept.5th a delegation from Sarah Palin's home town was in Austin, Tx. attending KEYS SUMMIT with Dr. Bruce Cook. A gentleman who reminded me of a Mordecai,a true spiritual father has known Sarah since she was a little girl said he would get a note God had put in my heart along with a bottle of anointing "Oil of Esther".
    The note to Sarah was:
FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS HAVE YOU SARAH PALIN BEEN CALLED AND CHOSEN.
Just as God had a plan to preserve His royal seed Israel thru Esther, no doubt God has raised you up for such a time as this. Your fragrant attitude of the heart is attracting favor. We decree because Sarah knows what "The King"loves and has adorned herself in the "royal robe" the scepter will be extended to take her position in a spirit of humility.
Each day intercessors anoint with the "Oil of Esther" decreeing the "Esther" anointing abides with you and the eyes of our nation are opened to see a hope and a future.
You, Sarah Palin are God's chosen and your lovely family are in our night and day prayers.

In the prayer watch 3a.m.-6a.m this morning I was led to Joshua 3:5 And the Lord said to the people, Sanctify yourselves for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you.
In the Hebrew, wonders or wondrous thing is pala, something beyond the human ability to achieve. Sarah in Hebrew meaning princess or queen and Palin in the Greek meaning further more or once more.

Decree, Sarah Palin, today's Esther will once again be God's hope for a nation.

    Esther in Houston, Tx.

Hey concerned SO CALLED christian...I'll repeat it Gwen Ifill of PBS is not fair, is pro-Obama, ungodly, far left, liberal to the utmost and above all unchristlike. Why cant you be objective and respectful of others opinion whether wrong or right. I support and agree with Steve Stranges article whole heartedly, if you dont like what you read then don't accept his emails, don't read the charisma and don't respond...stay with the left side thinking and see where it gets you...you need to check yourself, check your bible and spend time in prayer asking God to reveal you to you. Martin Luther King stated don't judge a man or vote for a man simply by the color of his skin but by his character...Obama is unchristlike, he is a muslim, he admitted to it several times and he is anti-Israel. God said He would bless those who blesses Israel and curse those who don't...Obama doesn't, he supports gay rights, he support bills endorsing and encouraging abortion, the murder of innocent babies in the womb even in the third trimester...he is evil as they come....and you so called concern christ-ian suports him the muslim, devils advocate....don't you see you are outnumbered in this blog bringing your negativity which is so typical of the far left and then call yourself christians...

Our prayers have been answered on behalf of Sarah Palin's participation in the V.P. debate tonight. Her character, her core values, and her desires for this country were evident. She is God's woman for this time. May God continue to give her wisdom, good judgment, safety and strength for the coming days. Our prayers will continue to surround her.

As I listened to the vice-presidential debate tonight, I am so glad that our Great God is in control. His will shall be done! I hurt as I hear the people of God "slandering others and murdering with their tongues. Our God is not pleased with hearts and motives from which these comments are derived. Christians, lets continue to walk in love , pray for our nation, and vote( which is our priveledge). Remember this: God loves people more than anything. Because of His unconditional love, he died for the world! God is not willing that one person be lost. He loves Senator Obama, Senator McCain, Senator Biden and Gov. Palin. Lets
get out and share our faith with a dying world-one at a time. Then we will begin to see true change.

I don't doubt the Lord gave that man a word for Ms. Palin, and that he was right to deliver the word. However, I believe that, as God's messenger, there should be trust and confidentiality. - Just as with a doctor or lawyer.

The word is pretty clear about ministering PRIVATELY to those of reputation:

"And I went up by revelation, and communicated to them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to those who were of reputation, lest by any means I might run, or had run, in vain." (Galatians 2:2)

If we feel that we have the right to let the world know we got to deliver a prophetic word to someone 'important' then perhaps our motive isn't right. It's private and personal and the only thing making it public accomplishes is to give us a big head, or big name. - - Plus that, to dramatically give details about how emotional she got, etc., just doesn't seem like good prophetic etiquette.

It is awesome that God opened the door for him to give this word to her, but we must be faithful to walk it out with integrity.

Thank you Steve for sharing your experience. I don't really care for any of the candidates. My feeling about Sarah Palin is she should be a stay at home Mom to her son. I like a lot of things she has to say, but that is just how I feel. It is my belief that the Bible must be fullfilled before Christ's return and that no one is really going to make a difference in what happens before that time.

Just a month ago while watching the news and sliding further down in my chair with dispair over the political news, a women from Alaska began her acceptance speach. Something deep inside me began to resinate in my spirit. I literaly sat straight up in my chair and gave full attention to what Palin was saying. I knew that very hour that this women was indeed a sister in the Lord before the news media figured it out...smile. I know, that I know that God has put her there out of His awesome mercy & grace for this country. The Lord has shown me that she will walk the halls of the White House at night, lay her hands, and pray and proclaim the things of our God. She will speak the things of God to McCain. May we all recognize the hand of our Lord moving for us in this new season and humble ourselves and pray for our leaders like never before.

Steve, thank you so much. My comment to The Brody File the first day she was picked was "can it be that she was chosen for such a time as this?" There is a -prayingforsarahpalin.com web site. Please go there if so led.
This article meant so much to me, giving me more faith. Thank you again for sharing.

Pray for our nation. Continue to pray. Pray for the lost. The darkness has gotten so much darker over the last twenty years or so but the Light will chase away the darkness.

What a load of crap. I too am a spirit-filled Christian who is crazy for Jesus, but this story did nothing for me. This isn't a monarchy and Sarah Palin isn't going to reign. Since we are Christians and this is Our Lord's Kingdom, I would prefer that HE reign, thanks.

First, I do believe there is a spiritual reason for Sarah Palin being chosen for VP on the Republican ticket. When I heard she was on the ticket, a spirit of intercession came upon me and I have been compelled to pray in the spirit over her since. I do believe she is righteous and will be led by God.

Secondly, concerning Christians who support Obama...I respect your right. But it is impossible for me to understand how any Christian can vote for someone who does not embrace the right of an unborn baby to live. God Himself is the creator and giver of life, and to not respect something precious that God created is beyond me. Obama and others like him can make excuses about "choice" but the truth is, you are either pro-life, or pro-death, and I cannot even imagine God ever being pro-death since He is the creator of life.

Third, I have a little problem with the minister sharing his prophetic word publicly. This is not something to brag about, or make public. Especially, since the world doesn't understand these spiritual things and can mock them when they are made public. Many Christians are on the same page of believing that Palin may be an Esther, and are praying and interceding for her. But how can a minister be trusted if he goes around spouting out what God may have intended to be private.

As Christians, we need to watch our words closely, and pray even more.

The Lord told me to send this poem to Sarah Palin's office in Alaska. I also sent her a copy of my book, "With Every Beat Of My Heart".

As Christians, our responsibility is to go into the world with a message of hope & salvation. In this case the mission is to cover our sister with love, support and a covering of prayer.

Obama has bought the liberal media! It's time to stand up for John McCain & Sarah Palin & take by force the ground that has been stolen by the enemy. Every vote, every prayer counts.

That's why I sent this poem/prophecy to Sarah Palin. She needs our love & support. Change in Washington will come when Christians with backbone get in office!

"The Plans I Have for You"
    Jeremiah 29:11

I've seen the path you've taken,
    I've heard your every prayer,
My child I am here with you,
You are in my constant care,

The path of life has many turns,
    But stay within my reach,
For the plans I have for you,
    Are magnificent indeed,

Your faith it is my joy,
    And your prayers like melodies,
Of a song of love so sweet,
    As you humbly worship me,

I love you and I speak these words,
To keep your heart at rest,
    You are my precious child,
And I'll give you all my best,

    Don't worry about tomorrow,
    It rests within my hands,
    So remember my dear child,
I'm the master of life's plan.

    Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord,
"plans to prosper you and not to harm you,
Plans to give you hope and a future."

I had the opportunity to hear Pat Robinson on CNN today speaking about Sarah Palin. Pat spoke on how he thought she would do a good job on the debate. I'm a Christian and an Independant Voter. Have been an elected official in the City where I reside for 6 years, with a Master's in Biblical Counseling. I was quite disturbed to hear her views on Isreal. She clearly stated that she believes in a Two (2) State Isreal. One for the Palestenians and one for Isreal. This is clearly wrong according to God's word. Please tell me your views on this. We as Christians need to clearly know our Canidates and their views on Isreal before we endorse them.

Steve, Ifill's book has not yet been written. It is not pro-anything. The McCain campaign was well aware of the book contract when they agreed to her service. Second, Palin stated that her position is the same as the Democratic position on gay rights and gay marriage issues. That acknowledgement removes that wedge issue. Third, this dramatization of Palin as the next Esther or Deborah or someone else is the same sort of idolatry that gave us Todd Bentley. She is not a saint and her background is not free of taint.

Ms. Ifill's book is not pro-Obama, but rather a look at the new generation of post Civil-rights black leadership, including Deval Patrick, Corey Booker, Kevin Powell, and others. Mr. Obama certainly is in the book, but your description of it is inaccurate, and the slam against Ms. Ifill rather uninformed and lazy.

I am amazed at the diversity of these comments. First of all, I cannot understand how a born again christian could ever support the liberal democratic beliefs and how the same people cannot see or hear that God is in this? Did anyone ever stop to think that this could be the beginning of the latter rain that we are to be in before Christs return? I see a great possibility of McCain being elected and for some reason not being able to carry out his full term and Sarah Palin taking over and leading our nation back to God because of her passion and reverence for a living God. I for one have had enough of this dark evil world we live in and it's time for our elected officials who decide for us to have a divine intervention to help make decisions. There's only one way for Gods will to be done and that is for the christian to feel and know the will of God and get out and vote for one who has experienced God the way we have experienced him. We have never had a president /VP who is born again, spirit filled and knows God in a personal way. Get a grip America...this is for such a time as this.

If he thinks a child is a punishment..WHAT DOES HE THINK OF OUR CHILDREN AND WHAT WILL HE DO TO GET RID OF THEM IF HE'S ELECTED! Wake up christians or we may be next!

Okay, enough Steve!! I understand that it is your prerogative to endorse whomever you choose, but at the same time, I for one, don't appreciate you shoving your opinions down the throats of the readers! My views and opinions of the candidates are just that, my views and my opinions. While I appreciate your effort to point out the differences between them all, I think you are going way, way, way overboard. I'm still going to back the person that I choose to back. So for me, your commentaries do nothing to sway me. They just insult me as a person and as a citizen.

When I first heard Sarah Palin introduced as McCain's vp, I panicked and thought, this is going to cost him the presidency. I was wrong and don't mind admitting it. I love her values and I praise God for using people to let her know that she is a chosen vessel. I am praying that the demons assigned to her fail! What a laugh I will have once she is in the White House, I believe America will once again be the beautiful land of the free and home of the brave. Go Esther!

I am in an intercessory prayer group and when we heard that John McCain chose Sarah Palin as his running mate, we immediately went to prayer for her and her family. The Lord told us then that she is an Esther for this generation. We will be praying for her, John McCain and our country especially now before the elections. We just praise the Lord for such a woman of God and our breath of fresh air!

Thank you Steve for being still and letting God use you for a time as this one. Pastor Mark Arnold's incredible wisdom of listening to the still small voice. God has spoken through a small voice and through this the world WILL be loved. Governor Palin is an awesome role model for women and men alike. There is something we all can learn form her. She is strong, aggressive when needed, and she is determined to do what is right with our country. Thank God for Senator McCain. He did an awesome thing by picking Palin. They both I belive and know will go far with our country. We have got to pray thay the deception be over thrown. Thank you to all who are being still.
To the blogger who was nasty to Steve he is not trying to push or sway anyone. If you had your spiritual eyes open then you would have received this message with a open heart. Stop being nasty it will come back around. GO MCCAIN AND PALIN.

To the blogger who thinks that the minister cant be trusted. The minister did what God told him to do. Why be silent as christians? We need to stand up for what is right. And the minister is not getting the Glory for this, God will get all the glory. Alot of people have been changed and uplifted because of this amazing prophetic word. Listen to the millions of messages compared to 10 of the nasty blogs. God will and is getting all the glory for this prophetic message. We needed to know that things would be ok for our country and I believe with this message it helps us be at ease knowing there are millions of people on our side fighting the fight. Thank you.

I am an eighty year old woman and I pray for our Nation every day. I also had a heavy burden for prayer and prayed for several days for His words to be Her words last night. I also ask the Lord to return our Country to our founding in which they planted the cross and deticated our land to the Lord. I cried out many times for several days for God to be heard through her and had no idea about this until today. If my people will humble themselves etc. This could be a turning point in America. This prophecy gives the body of Christ confirmation that the Lord is involved in the affairs of man. Remember hope deferred makes the heart sick. the Lord does speak.Thank you Lord for allowing this to out to your children.

I do praise the Lord for using you to give me the peace I need at this horrible times. I had been praying day and night in agreement with a friend for victory. We ask God to leave the enemy in complete shame and that our country be coming back to be the Christian country it used to be depending on His Power and Love.

Im a christian and I love the Lord with all my heart and with all my soul. I ask the Lord to give me wisdom on who I pick for the President of the United States and im am soo sure now who I will be voting for and its Barack Obama not because he speaks well but because he's smart, he's compassionate, and he has a heart for the people of america and he represents unity not just blacks not just whites but all people. I believe he was chosen for such a time as this and I believe God is going to use Barack Obama for his glory. I have no problem with Sarah Palin as a person but I believe this is not her time because of her running mate who I believe will represent everything the Bush administration represents. I pray for Sarah and Barak because I know that they both are children of God and I believe God will use Sarah in due season, but this is Barak's season and I know God is going to see him through this. I know that Barak is pro choice, so is God. He gives us a option to choose between life and death, blessings or curses, but oh that we would choose life. So God give us choices so why not let the people make their own choice and what they do is between them and God not us.

Why is Steve Strang a racist? Is he the one who went to a church that is ethnocentric? Does his church a white values doctrine?

Hurling the charge of racism is serious, and those who do should ask themselves before hurling it: "Am I bearing false witness against my brother."

Finally, if Strang is such a racist why did he support Keith Butler (a black pastor) for U. S. Senator in Michigan?

  • At October 3, 2008 1:26 PM , Anonymous Anonymous said...

If one candidate gets 91 percent of his race's votes, is there racism in play? And black voters should consider that Barack Obama will never be president with a the support of white voters. The black community which is 12 - 15 % of the population does not have the votes to make Obama president. He needs them ... and he needs white voters.

Just because someone is a Christian and Spirit filled doesn't qualify them as a national leader or even a pastor for that matter. As in ministry gifts I believe it is more an issue of calling and ability.
I do not vote for a party, or for someone's race. I would love to see a black person become president - or a woman. What about Condoleeza Rice? :-) Personally, I vote values, biblical values. I do believe that the issue of life vs. death is one of the most important this year right up there with national security, border security, the economy and moral issues such as marriage. The fact is that someone's morals and values will legislate, and the closer to Christ's they are the better.
The ticket that comes closest to biblical values as I can see it is clearly the Republican ticket, so I will vote for McCain and Palin. The fact that they are confessing believers is a plus, but I realize they are still human. That's why we do need to pray. I also believe that there is an anointing like that Esther, Joseph and Daniel experienced available and working in McCain and Palin. But my hope is not in them, but in the Lord. Don't get your eyes on the vessel, but keep them on the Lord. Just as McCain and Palin are not our Saviors, Obama and Biden are not our enemies. They are the harvest and are loved by God. Thank you, Evangelist Vanessa for reminding us of that. We need to pray for them as well and as fervently as we do for McCain and Palin rather than curse them or their supporters with our words.
Lastly, I do not feel that publicizing this prophecy is necessarily beneficial as it could be used against God's purposes. Spiritual things are only discerned by the spirit and Palin's enemies who do not understand the gifts of the Spirit love to use this kind of thing against her. We need to be careful before whom we "cast our pearls." More reason to pray...
