Strang Report: Intercede For Our Nation

Intercede For Our Nation

Thank you for coming to this special page that is an extension of my column in Charisma magazine. The 800 word format doesn't let me go into a lot of detail, so we're creating this new format on the web. I wanted to be able to give you the link for Chuck Pierce's website. I've been very impacted by his ministry. I believe that God has raised him up as a voice. When he was in my office recently he shared with my staff that he believes in his spirit that there is a 21-day period culminating on April 20. He needs people to pray.

I delved into this with him on a phone conversation which we recorded and put here. Please listen to it. He goes into more detail about what the Lord is showing him.

Will you pray? Obviously our country needs prayer. But when we get a prophetic word like this about a prayer focus I believe that it's important that we really pray.

I encourage you to share your thoughts and what you feel the Lord is saying to you below.

Thank you for reading my column. Be sure to sign up for the new Strang Report eNewsletter.

Thank you for reading Charisma. Thank you for interacting with us. Thank you for leaving your comments below. Thank you for praying.

All the best,

Steve Strang

    Mr. Strang,

I heartily agree with your position in "Intercede For Our Nation," and I really liked the coverage your excellent mag gave Mike Huckabee in this issue. I too am pretty disgusted with the Christian leadership's endorsing of everyone but the right candidate. I voted for Huck in the Florida primary and was disappointed when he eventually dropped out though he did make a great showing for a relative newcomer.

I also really like the article "Christians and the New Political Reality," by Marc Nuttle and the other coverage of Huckabee in the April issue of Charisma. Nuttle's piece has really got me fired up to get into the fray. For far too long I have been watching this country being dragged into the gutter by loony and Godless Liberals; I must do something more than just observe and decry the incredible decay and decadence that is becoming everyday life in America.

I salute you and your fine magazine and your support of Huchabee and Godly principles. This country must not experience the moral decay that is stifling and destroying countries around the world.

We must take a stand and fight!

I will watch your publication with great interest in the continued battle against the Godless aspects of this nation’s politics and the support of Gov. Huckabee. I pray that he will be the next President. Too bad it won’t be in 2008.

I would like to note that the Scripture says Jesus will take the government upon His shoulders (Isa. 9:6).

    Come Lord Jesus!
